Shipping

When will my box ship?

Monthly subscription boxes ship once per month. Orders placed before our monthly cutoff will ship in the upcoming cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin the following month.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future!)

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and subscription tier.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your box ships.

Gifting

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely. Honey Badger Books subscriptions make wonderful gifts.

How does gifting work?

At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s shipping address. You can also email us if you’d like help setting up a gift subscription.

Will prices be shown in the box?

Never. All gift boxes arrive without pricing information.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! You can add a gift note at checkout, or contact us for help adding a personalized message.

Skipping, Pausing, & Cancelling 

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can skip a month anytime through your customer account before the monthly billing cutoff.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for as long as you need and resume when you’re ready.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel anytime through your account.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Honey Badger Books subscriptions are month-to-month. 


Reader Profile & Book Selection

How do you choose my books?

We use your Reader Profile quiz results to hand-select books that match your preferences, comfort level, and reading style.

Will I ever receive the same book twice?

We do our best to avoid duplicates. If you’re ever concerned, you can contact us and we’ll happily help.

Can I update my Reader Profile later?

Yes! You can retake the quiz or contact us if your reading tastes change.
